CrossFit Hove Gymnastics

Class focus was on pistols, also known as the one legged squat. Lots of scaling was used to ensure proper recruitment of the hamstring in the movement and also squatting back onto a box to work the full range of motion.

The second class focus was on the press-up and variations there of, one hand higher (raised) wider, diamond close hand position.

The class workout was an upward ladder 1/1 2/2 3/3 etc of pistols and press-ups for 7 minutes.
