CrossFit Hove workout of the day 15 March

Warm up mobility and strength work

Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes

3 strict handstand pressups

5 power cleans

This workout came about through a couple of different emoms (every minute on the minute ) that we’d been playing with, firstly 3 handstand pressups every emom for 10 minutes and secondly 5 cleans (full squat) again for 10 minutes. We joined the two together, made it a power clean and extended the duration, and we’re very pleased with it .
