Warm up, mobility and strength work

The walkout is performed with a very wide, almost sumo deadlift stance foot position. We hinge at the waist and the hands walkout so the body becomes horizontal, at a fully horizontal position, the arms bend and we lower ourselves into a full pressup, then the hands walk back and we bring ourselves back to a vertical spine and straight legs.
