The express class is a slightly shorter class yet still contains a warmup, lift or skill and the workout of the day (Wod)
Our open classes are taught and still contain the same programming as our other classes, they merely work on a more relaxed time frame.

The Saturday Hero wod is a Hero memorial workout from CrossFit.com

The Specialty class revolves on a 3 weekly basis alternating between Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics and CrossFit movements.

The Sunday metcon is a 45 minute class with warm up and technique work for wod, no strength training before.
