Warm up and mobility

Strength work

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of

3 dumbbell hang power clean

3 burpee to box jump

6 db hpc

6 bbj

9 db hpc

9 bbj

and so on, each round adding 3 reps of each movement, until the 10 minutes elapses.
