Warm up, mobility work and strength training

As many rounds as possible in 3 minutes of

5 dumbbell deadlift

5 dumbbell hang power cleans

5 dumbbell front squats

5 dumbbell push press

rest 1 minute

As many rounds as possible in 3 minutes of

5 pull ups

10 press ups

15 squats

these 2 rounds were repeated again
