A walkout starts with the legs wide, then hinging at the waist and reaching for the floor, the hands walk outwards from the feet until the torso is horizontal, then a wide legged press-up is performed, then the hands walk back to the feet, and we hinge back to a vertical spine, that is 1 repetition.
