CrossFit Hove Test week

Another 3 months has passed and so we retest our main slow lifts, the press, bench press, back squat and Deadlift. Following this we test 2 workouts from November, which were Grace and Karen, and introduce 2 new workouts, Nicole and Nancy

30 ground to overhead, this is normally a power clean to push press or jerk.


As many pull-ups (or jumping or ring pulls) and run 400m  for as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
