CrossFit Hove test week

We do our test week on a quarterly basis, and it’s rolled around again. We normally carry over 2 workouts to restest as well as bringing in 2 (or slightly more) to carry forwards.

The returning workouts were

21/15/9 of barbell thrusters and pull-ups

Annie

50/40/30/20/10

double understand sit-ups

The new workouts

30 ground to overhead (normally performed as power clean and push jerk)

Karen

150 wallball

We also tested for a 5 rep max on press, deadlift, back squat and bench press.

The bonus ball workout was a choice of either a 5k row or Isabel, which is 30 power snatches.
