CrossFit Hove workout of the day 23 August

Warm up and mobility

Strength work

Tabata with dumbbells, rotating through 3 movements, deadlift, hang power clean and push jerk.

Each performed for 20 seconds, resting 10 seconds, the movements follow one another, after the push jerk is completed we return back to the deadlift.

The workout is scored by maintaining the number of reps of each movement.

 

CrossFit Hove test week

And test week descends upon us again, every 3 months we test 4 CrossFit Hq benchmarks. We retained 2 from May:

5 handstand press-up

10 one legged squats

15 pull-ups

This triplet is repeated for as many times as possible in 20 minutes

21 kettle bell swings

12 pull-ups

repeated for 3 rounds.
