“A brief Nicole”
As many pull-ups as possible, once the hands leave the bar, run 200m, as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes.

This benchmark of ours is based on “Nicole” a workout which is essentially the same but for 20 minutes. It’s a good measure for us as to how many pull-ups our guys have and how our newer guys are progressing, this is repeated relatively frequently allowing us to look at comparable progress.
It’s worth mentioning here that the grip taken in the photo is a palms facing supinated grip as the individual here is working on her chest to bar pull-ups.
