Missing wods

Due to the building work as we expand our space, hours changed as did our workouts.

Burpees broad jump 15
100m sled pull
Run 200

5 pull-up
10 wall ball
15 swing
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes

Run 200m
20 Air squats
15 KettlebellSwing
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes, 7 squats, for the rest if the minutes as many double unders as possible.

We thank again our clients for their patience over this period and apologise for the disruption to our normal hours.

Individual strength/skill work

Fight gone bad “ish”
1 minute of as many repetitions as possible of
Wall ball
Box jump
Sumo deadlift
Push press
Bent over dumbbell row
Rest for 1 minute, repeat for three rounds.

We’ve faced a little disruption this week due to internal building works as we expand our box. Again my apologies for this disruption in service and intermittent blogging.

Individual strength/skill work

10 overhead squats
Run 100m
As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes.
Rest 2 minutes
As many double unders as possible in 2 minutes.

The individual skill/strength was for many, especially our newer clients, focus on the overhead squat. We are more than happy for a PVC pipe to be used in this overhead position, as mobility increases, the mechanics improve and then we start to think about increasing weight accordingly.
