CrossFit Hove workout of the day 25 August 15

Warm up/mobilise
Strength training or gymnastic skill work

Three tabata
Each tabata was the norm of 20/10 ratio (20 work, 10 rest) and lasted for 4 rounds of 20/10. We alternated between movements so it would be:
Dumbell snatches
Box jumps,
Back to snatches, then box jumps etc

The Wod ran as follows
Dumbbell snatches
Box jumps

Dumbbell goblet squats

Dumbbell overhead walking lunges

The Wod was scored by aiming to maintain the first numbers achieved
