As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.

We first programmed this 16 March 2009, back in the West Sussex days. It came from friends of ours at CrossFit Fife who’d done this workout on their level 1 at Camp Pendleton in California, back in the day when the Certs were only done in the US, it’s still a good wod.
