CrossFit Hove workout of the day 23 August

Warm up and mobility

Strength work

Tabata with dumbbells, rotating through 3 movements, deadlift, hang power clean and push jerk.

Each performed for 20 seconds, resting 10 seconds, the movements follow one another, after the push jerk is completed we return back to the deadlift.

The workout is scored by maintaining the number of reps of each movement.
