CrossFit Hove workout of the day 14 December ’12

Individual strength/skill work

Fight gone bad “ish”
1 minute of as many repetitions as possible of
Wall ball
Box jump
Sumo deadlift
Push press
Bent over dumbbell row
Rest for 1 minute, repeat for three rounds.

We’ve faced a little disruption this week due to internal building works as we expand our box. Again my apologies for this disruption in service and intermittent blogging.
