CrossFit Hove workout of the day 31 December ’12

Our third annual “Murph”

The workout consists of a 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 press-ups, 300 squats and another 1 mile run.
Thanks again to those who did this New Year’s Eve, some repeating the workout from last year and some experiencing this for the first time. The workout can be broken down and it’s usually grouped into 5 pull-ups, 10 press-ups and fifteen squats for 20 rounds. Great work from those that did the whole workout in a 20 pound weighted vest.

    Was so lovely to have so many people come in and Murph together. Was a great team spirit and lots of encouragement at all levels – whcih was much appreciated in the wet weather (especially for that second run in the pooring rain). Reminds me how much I love the CrossFit Hove Team.
